Dark, toffee color, such lift, such aromatic spice and floral nuances, pepper and walnut, but all lifted, leading onto a palate where the sumptuous sweetness sweeps across the tongue, tobacco and warming fudge and toffee, prune and rich caramel, but the acidity: a huge, sweeping core of acidity that drives the wine, lime and long zesty, bittersweet Seville orange with wonderful tang. This is an absolute treat, such knife-edge balance, wonderful depth and concentration.
