Club wine selections will include our offering of the finest Ports, Madeiras, and Table Wines direct from the producers’ cellars. You will receive four bottles of wine per shipment three times a year. These shipments are a mix of ports and red wines with a few select whites and Madeiras.
Member’s cost will vary depending on the club selection. Your credit card will be charged prior to you receiving the wine. Please make sure that if you move or change any of your contact information to let us know. We don’t want your shipments to be delayed!
Due to legal restrictions, we are only permitted to ship wine to select states. We can only ship to residences in AK, CA, DC, FL, NM, NV and OR. Please note that verification of age and signature is required at the time of delivery; meaning an adult signature is required for all wine deliveries. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver, after which the wine is returned to us. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to us. If a wine shipment is shipped back, the customer will be responsible for returned freight charges.
WILL CALL WINES
If you frequent the area or live nearby you can choose our Will Call option in which you visit our SF office location to pick up your club pack. Will Call members will be notified by email when the wines are ready for pickup. Members will have 60 days to pick up the wine selections.
Terms of Membership:
The Vintage and Fine Wines Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you cancel your membership with us. Any cancellations must be submitted via email to email@example.com by the beginning of the month prior to a wine club shipment, to avoid being charged for the next shipment. We do request a two-shipment minimum commitment.
By signing up I agree and accept all terms of this club membership. I acknowledge that I must receive a minimum of two club shipments before cancelling my membership. I also agree to the below Cancellation Policy and Credits/Refunds/Returns Policy.
Although members can cancel their membership at any time, there is a two club shipment minimum. All wine club membership cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received at a minimum of 30 days prior to the next club shipment; otherwise the member is responsible for receiving the scheduled shipment. Customers, who cancel their club membership prior to receiving their required two-shipment minimum, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Members who cancel at least 30 days prior to an upcoming shipment and have met their two-shipment requirement will not be charged a cancellation fee. If the member misses two consecutive shipments, the membership will automatically be cancelled.
Credits / refunds / returns policy:
Credits and refunds will not be issued on processed or shipped orders. You will be notified in advance of a club shipment, at that time you can make changes to your account to ensure proper processing and shipping of your shipment. No refunds will be issued on cancellations that have not been cancelled in accordance with the above cancellation policy. If a shipment is returned due to no fault of VFW carrier fees will be charged to the card held on file with your membership. All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult signature, 21 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to notify VFW, in advance, if you are not able to sign for your shipment. Arrangements can be made to hold or ship at a later date; failure notify us will lead to additional fees charged to the credit card on file for carrier re-route and returns.
